We aim to reply within a few business days. Including your device model and iOS version helps a lot.
Pick a game, set it up the way you like (difficulty, modifiers, an optional "bet"), and share the link. Whoever opens it on an iPhone with Mindcade installed gets the exact same game — same layout, same seed — so it's a fair head-to-head. No accounts, no servers; the challenge is encoded entirely in the link.
Make sure Mindcade is installed and updated. Challenge links open the app directly; if it opens a web page instead, the app may not be installed yet. You can also copy the link and open it from the app.
Open the app, go to your profile/settings, and choose "Remove Ads." It's a one-time purchase processed by Apple. If you've already bought it on another device, use "Restore Purchases" with the same Apple ID.
Try "Restore Purchases" in settings, make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID you purchased with, and confirm you have a network connection. If it still doesn't work, email us with your purchase date.
Almost none. There are no accounts and no servers. Your name, scores, and challenge text stay on your device and your private iCloud. The free version shows Google ads. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Delete the app, then remove its iCloud data in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage. That's everything — we hold nothing on our side.
Some games scale to "nightmare" difficulty on purpose. For word games, our dictionary is finite — if you think a real word was wrongly rejected, email it to us and we'll consider adding it in an update.
Yes. We add games regularly. If there's a type of puzzle you want, tell us.
