We aim to reply within a few business days. Including your device model and iOS version helps a lot.
Finish a game, tap Share challenge, and choose where to send the generated link. The link includes the same board and an automatically generated dare. A recipient with Mindcade installed can play that board. Incoming friend challenges are never paywalled.
If a challenge opens this website, install or update Mindcade. Then return to the original message and tap the same challenge link again. Installing the app does not automatically restore the challenge.
Subscribe to Mindcade Pro from the app's paywall or your profile/settings — it removes all ads and unlocks Pro features (a monthly plan, or a yearly plan with a free trial). Subscriptions are processed by Apple. If you subscribed on another device, use "Restore Purchases" with the same Apple ID.
Try "Restore Purchases" in settings, make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID you subscribed with, and confirm you have a network connection. You can check or manage your subscription in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. If it still doesn't work, email us.
Almost none. There are no accounts and no servers. Your name, scores, and challenge text stay on your device and your private iCloud. The free version shows Google ads. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Delete the app, then remove its iCloud data in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage. That's everything — we hold nothing on our side.
Some games scale to "nightmare" difficulty on purpose. For word games, our dictionary is finite — if you think a real word was wrongly rejected, email it to us and we'll consider adding it in an update.
Yes. We add games regularly. If there's a type of puzzle you want, tell us.
